When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch items 1-2 days from confirmation of your order. You will receive an email when your items are dispatched with a tracking number.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping costs vary and are also available to view at checkout. We ship globally with DHL Express:

UK Free Shipping

Europe £25

Rest of the World £35

Please note that the above delivery times are based on our shippers estimated delivery times and Wright + Doyle is not liable for shipping delays after items have been dispatched.

We cover all international tax and duty. 

RETURNS

How do I make a return?

To make a return please contact us first, via info@wrightanddoyle.com, stating your order number and items you wish to return. We will then be in touch with the next steps.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.

When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
