How do I make a return?

To make a return please contact us first, stating your order number and items you wish to return. We will then be in touch with the next steps.

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage.

When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Non-Returnable Items

Reusable Face masks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
