Two simple buttons at the back armhole, allow the sleeves to be worn tied at the front or buttoned close to wear long sleeve. 

Sleeve opening features triangular gusset on sleeve placket, with two buttons on cuff to be adjustable from mens to women's sizes.

Lower Skirt panel attached to inside waist to create a simple layered piece.
